Alexandre Brault
I grew up surrounded by construction, project management, and real estate. With my family's 25-year involvement at Brofort Inc., I started early, helping wherever needed before focusing on property management and business development.
My upbringing gave me real-world business insights that no classroom could match. From decision-making under pressure to understanding long-term relationships and bridging strategy and execution, I saw these lessons firsthand.
In 2021, I began a BCom in Marketing at the University of Ottawa to build strategic skills. As I approach my final year, I increasingly recognize the strong connections among marketing strategy, digital presence, and real estate—an area I believe holds enormous untapped potential.
Beyond school and Brofort, I co-own Brave Martial Arts Institute in Ottawa. Helping build this Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym sharpened my instincts for customer retention and operations. It taught me that discipline and consistency are what turn intentions into results, both on the mat and in the boardroom.
