Leasing Experience
During my time at Brofort Developments, I was involved in leasing efforts for two industrial properties in Ottawa's South End, near the Amazon warehouse on Boundary Road.
The role involved identifying sales opportunities, and meeting on site with prospective tenants to show them the property and its amenities.
Although the properties remain on the market, the experience has already provided valuable insight into the realities of the tenant decision-making process, price sensitivity, and positioning within a competitive market.

Development Exposure (Multi-unit projects)
I have also been involved in ongoing residential development projects in Ottawa, focused on multi-unit buildings from early-stage planning through leasing.
This exposure has provided me with an understanding of the numerous steps and processes involved in multi-unit properties. Each step along the way requires from identifying the proper location, securing financing, dealing with numerous professionals and municipalities,.
Upcoming Projects
Brofort Developments is advancing three projects scheduled to break ground in 2026.
The first involves the construction of two multi-unit residential buildings in the Westboro area, each consisting of eight units, with expected completion in early 2027. A second multi-unit residential project is planned for Champlain Avenue in the New Edinburgh neighbourhood.
In addition, a 40,000 square foot warehouse facility will be developed on 4,06 acres at the corner of Boundary Road and Thunder Road, across from the Amazon Fulfillment Centre, with anticipated completion in 2028.
I have had the opportunity to be involved in aspects of these projects, contributing to discussions around positioning, leasing, and how each development aligns with market demand.
